Why is my washing machine very noisy and vibrates?
Please ensure that the transit bolts are removed during installation and that feet are adjusted so it is level. After a few times you have used the appliance, check the levelling again.

Why is the water inside my washing machine not draining away?
Please ensure that the filter (located on the lower right hand side) is clear and that the appliance has been installed correctly.

Why am I unable to select wash programmes
Please ensure that the child lock has not been activated. To switch off the Child Lock press and hold the key buttons joined by a padlock for 3 seconds.
On LCD models, the padlock symbol will disappear.

Why is the conditioner in the detergent drawer not going into the washing machine?
Please ensure that the blue cap located inside the soap drawer is clean. To remove depress the cap and slide out the drawer.
We recommend regular cleaning as latest conditioners which are more concentrated, are likely to leave more residue.

Where is the serial number on my washing machine?
Each product range has a fixed location for the rating plate which contains the Model and Serial Number information. When viewed from the front: Inside the product compartment on the left hand side.
